Commercial and Sales

Our Marketplace incorporates a large range of international and “local” partners across 10 digital lifestyle verticals, spanning video-on-demand, music, health and fitness, kids, education, ebooks, and more. Our local catalog has a large range of cultural demographics and languages spanning across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, including English, Arabic, German, Spanish, and more! Our gaming library spans over 2000 titles, catering to hypercasual users and dedicated cloud gamers.

In addition, we offer a large catalog of e-vouchers, as well as broad payment networks across DCB, Credit Cards, eWallets, and more!

Subscription revenues generated inside the marketplace are split between the content provider/partner, the tenant (the B2C business), and Mondia (who reinvest a significant portion in accelerating uptake through digital marketing). And most importantly, the end-consumer receives value in the form of significant discounts.

Mondia is hyper-flexible in its approach to integration, with the end goal of driving engagement and a brilliant customer experience while minimising effort on the Tenant. We typically offer three solutions:
    1. We launch our marketplace inside your ecosystem (e.g. customer-facing app), by building an SDK written in your application’s language that you can easily ingest. Alternatively, we also build API solutions that your application can connect with. See API documentation.
    2. We can launch a standalone application (tenant branded) that stands separate from any existing applications they have.
    3. We build online portals (HTML) that are tenant-branded and can form part of your web ecosystem.

Mondia works with its Partners to secure “usage” data (for example did a customer that paid for a service go on to register? Did they generate a “play” event e.g. watch a video?). We use this data alongside other commercial metrics (revenue, acquisition, lifetime value) to help Tenants understand the quality of their underlying base. All insights are generated in compliance with local regulations such as GDPR.

Potential clients may look for case studies or examples of successful partnerships to gauge Mondia’s experience and reliability in their sector.

(Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, du, e&, A1, Orbit, Zain, STC, Mobily, etc)

Mondia invests its own revenues into digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc) to drive interested users to the marketplace (both app and web). In addition, where users are acquired “organically” or through the tenant’s own efforts, Mondia provides a higher revenue share to the tenant in a true “win-win” partnership!

Mondia provides a comprehensive ecosystem that empowers tenants to grow their user base, foster engagement, and build long-term loyalty:
  • Acquisition: Mondia enables targeted marketing strategies that attract the right audience, driving new user acquisition. With Mondia’s powerful marketplace platform, tenants can access a wide array of digital channels and partnerships, reaching potential customers more effectively.
  • Engagement: Mondia’s ecosystem supports immersive digital experiences rangingf rom gaming solutions, including cloud gaming, ad-free content, and indie games to personalized and premium content. These experiences keep users engaged and connected, making it easier to build meaningful relationships and loyalty with your brand.
  • User retention: Mondia’s end-to-end solutions are designed to enhance user satisfaction with seamless payment options, curated content, and timely support. By offering services that users enjoy and trust, Mondia helps tenants retain users over the long term, reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.

Mondia builds and manages a digital marketplace for its clients like telcos and banks around the world, allowing our client’s end users the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of subscription services. A partner is typically a digital app or service provider whose offering is featured inside Mondia’s marketplace, making it available for the client’s end users to subscribe to.

Join in to the community that consists of apps, services, products that are distributed to 1.6 billion telco end users. Get access to 60+ tenants spread across 30+ countries with high subscriber conversion rates. Integrate once into our global platform, and deploy as many telcos as approved including subscription and billing management by Mondia. End-to-end partner management including business development, contracting, integrating, and management.

Typically our partners are:
  • digital service style companies with subscription style of business
  • with highly engaging content that drives daily or weekly engagement
  • annual revenues in the range of 10m+ euro per year
  • companies focused on expansion in Europe, Middle East, or Africa.
If you fit any of these, let’s talk!

All launches are subject to client approval. We work with partners directly to co-create a go-to-market plan for each launch. Our partners benefit from a one-time seamless integration that can be replicated across multiple tenants and their platforms, maximizing reach through access to new users and efficiency.

The service pricing is mutually decided and upon the final discretion of the partner, Mondia, and the client. Most of our partners price their services at a lower rate than the original price to incentivize users to subscribe via our marketplace.

The partnership provides a mutual benefit to the partner as well as the client. Where partners can expect higher returns, more visibility, expansion into emerging markets globally, and new subscribers through our tenant platforms. Our clients, in turn, gain from the partner’s services that are provided through our white-labeled platforms for their user’s enjoyment.

Our service catalog ranges from verticals like fitness, music and entertainment, gaming and e-sports, e-learning, retail, and more. These categories provide you the opportunity to access various market segments in emerging regions globally. Check out our Benefits section for more!

Yes. You will be filling in a template that we will provide, where you can specify the main message, upselling points of your product, FAQ, etc. You will also provide the image assets to be used. Upon receiving your final approval, together with the client´s final approval, we will create your product page on our platform. This process will be done once, however for next launches, the message may be changed (pricing, conditions, languages).

To request changes to the communication materials, please contact us directly, via your key contact person and we will implement the changes as needed.

You can expect at least 2-4 weeks for the partner integration itself, this timeline varies with each partner and their requirements. During the integration, the majority of the effort is 90% from the Partner and 10% from Mondia. Furthermore, it also takes 1-2 weeks for each client configuration- once approved by our client and the partner, we take care of the rest. The Partners are required to integrate once we provide our API.

There are two ways Partners integrate into Mondia:
  • Marketplace Integration: Partners can integrate to Mondia through the marketplace APIs where 1 single integration enables your product to be launched in multiple marketplaces built for our clients. Partner products by default will be added to a long list of catalogues ready to be enabled in different marketplaces.

  • DCB Integration: Partners can integrate to Mondia Standard payment gateway to enable DCB payments and subscriptions within products, giving users additional payment options or standalone payment options. There are different backend integration flows such as Redirection Flow and API Flows (s2s), depending on market regulations and limitations.
  • RESTful APIs: Server-to-server integration for real-time transactions.
  • Hosted Checkout Pages: Aggregator manages the UI, reducing merchant effort.

Mondia or our Tenants manage the communications to end-users via SMS and/or email. Some Tenants may allow Partners to send subscriptionrelated SMS.

  • Merchant Dashboard: Real-time transaction insights.
  • API Access: Automated transaction retrieval.
  • Webhook Notifications: Instant updates on payment status.
  • TLS encryption for all API requests.
  • HMAC or signature verification for request validation.
  • Fraud detection systems (velocity checks, anomaly detection, blacklists).
  • Compliance with PSD2, GDPR, and market and Tenant regulations.

API requests are authenticated using:

  • OAuth 2.0 (recommended for secure token-based authentication).
  • API keys (static but less secure).
  • HMAC-based signature verification (for added security).

Daily and monthly spending limits vary by carrier and region. There may also be limits depending on user type (prepaid/postpaid) and carrier policies. Additionally, some countries impose additional restrictions on DCB spending.
