Oli Greatbatch is the CFO at Mondia, where he oversees our financial strategy and operations. With over 15 years of experience in finance, Oli has a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and transformation. He recently served as Group VP of Finance and CFO at Mondia Digital, focusing on finance transformation and team leadership. Before joining Mondia, he held senior finance roles at Merit Incentives in Dubai, Williams Lea Tag and Nelsons in London where he was key in restructuring financial frameworks and leading successful financial transformations. Oli holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and is skilled in financial reporting, cash management, and process improvement.

Nalini Govender, People Director at Mondia, is an accomplished HR leader with expertise across industries like digital content, fintech, edtech, e-commerce, and advertising. Chadi is the General Legal Counsel at Mondia, bringing over a decade of legal expertise across diverse sectors including Fintech and payment solutions. He is a qualified Lawyer and possesses a strong academic foundation with an LL.M. in International Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London, a Masters in Political Science and a B.A. in International Affairs with a minor in Economics. With a focus on technology , payment solutions, international arbitration, M&A, and commercial law, Chadi provides strategic legal counsel and guidance across all aspects of Mondia’s operations.
