What’s one piece of advice you always share with colleagues or junior legal professionals?
Don’t assume—ask questions. It’s a mindset I live by, inspired by the Stoic wisdom of Seneca: ‘Ignorance is the cause of fear.’ When we ask, we learn—and when we learn, fear disappears.
